End of control is an idea probably not genuine aim to create a client side application which can bypass any filtering over the internet. The idea is to create a smart search engine which can find the list of proxies by intelligent algorithms. Identity the client environment and find the best way to open connection to the list of proxies , test them and establish a secure and open connection.
I will probably keep this open for a while. In the mid time i will be happy to see if anybody is interested.
The development environment probably will be Visual Studio 2012 and c#.
We will use .net 2.0 to let more people run it on their operation systems without installation.
Probably we can use other environments as well , we can decide it during development.
